What Do We Sell
Ajobthing's ecosystem includes a full spectrum of hiring solutions, AI-driven job matching,
employer branding, candidate sourcing, candidate engagement tools and data driven insights -
each solution designed to work in combination with each other, delivering both speed and
accuracy in hiring on a single platform.
Primary Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling solutions or services.
- Experience with the consultative sales approach through phone call / WhatsApp.
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Ability to close deals and manage the full sales cycle.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking) and English (writing and speaking).
- Savvy in using CRM tools and Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or DeepSeek).
Responsibility
- Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via call and WhatsApp.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
- Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1.5+ hours of talk time/day, and add 20+ new opportunities/week to the pipeline.
- Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
