We are looking for a motivated and experienced ISR Manager to lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives across GTAP countries.

Key Responsibility:

  • Drive to meet Management Target in assigned country
  • Manage sales forecast with team member and submit on timely basis
  • Taking care of a team of ISRs ( GTAP countries) and drive KPIs/ initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Ability in dealing with various senior level stake holder to collaborate to achieve goal.
  • Drive and ensure accurate Pipeline Management, daily order loading issue, account receivable related issues.
  • Driving sales program effectiveness to ensure deliver adjacencies result include liaison with product team
  • Resourceful and initiative in driving business process improvements with various internal departments
  • Resolved escalations in timely manner and provide world class customer experiences.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with experience in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects (preferred but not a must).
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software.
  • A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Lenovo products, services, and solutions.
