Creatives & Messaging Planning and Production:

1 Manage and Enhance Paid Channel Ads:

  • Oversee and improve the quality of ads across all paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok), focusing on ad content, content strategy, and messaging.
  • Integrate the unique nature of different paid channels and ad formats into the overall branding communication roadmap and user lifecycle operations to establish best practices for every creative element.
  • Develop a SOP for content production, from template design to final channel output.

Content Operations:

1 Design content scripts that align Lazada products and promotional mechanisms with our communication strategy to enhance market influence.

2 Create engaging ad materials that highlight exclusive offers and user benefits.

Communication Strategy:

1 Develop communication strategies for growth products to maximize the effectiveness of onsite promotions across paid channels.

2 Stay updated on viral trends, media browsing behaviors, and user demographics in the MY market to identify the most effective content promotion styles, formats, and designs.

Innovation and Growth:

1 Maximize Paid Channel Potential:

  • Leverage the latest AI creative assets to fully utilize paid channels.

2 Continuous Improvement:

  • Challenge the status quo and propose ideas for A/B and multivariate testing. Collaborate closely with channel specialists to plan tests, track results, and build a learning library.

3 Strong understanding of social media marketing, mobile app marketing landscape, and the online shopper journey.

4 Passionate about good design with a keen eye for differentiating high-quality digital mobile ad content/creatives from less effective ones, always considering the user perspective to challenge the status quo.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in user experience or relevant content marketing roles, with eCommerce industry experience as a plus.
  • Highly proficient with numbers and possess excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other AI video generation tools.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Language proficiency: Chinese and English as this role requires collaboration with chinese speaking teams
