Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
  • Support disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate with teams to validate backup integrity and recovery strategies.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
  • Maintain accurate and updated system documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions for the internal IT team.
Compliance & Security:
  • Ensure infrastructure components adhere to security policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
