About The Job

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and proactive HR & Campus Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The HR & Campus Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing HR-related activities with a focus on campus administration, recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster relationships both on-site and within the company.

As HR & Campus Coordinator, You Will…

  • Collaborate with HR to assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and office management as required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing orientation materials and organizing workplace tours.
  • Partner with the Recruitment & Concierge teams to facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Partner with the APAC EX team in planning and executing team-building activities, workshops, and wellness programs.
  • Support the EX team in organizing recognition programs to celebrate contractor achievements.
  • Help drive contractor satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the campus leader and EX team to implement culture-enhancing activities.
  • Assist with executing the budget for employee-related programs and events.
  • Support campus operations in coordinating with vendors, including the IT vendor for procurement and delivery of IT equipment.
  • Organize bookings for meeting rooms, training sessions, and events.
  • Assist in campus audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Be the point of contact between IntouchCX and Common Ground/Building Management.
  • Demonstrate a positive work ethic and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.

As HR & Campus Coordinator, You Need…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, College graduate or equivalent in a related field.
  • A combination of education and work experience is essential.
  • 1-2 years experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry, will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in HR and/or office administration is a plus.
