Job Description:

  • Managing all the necessary coordination for the qualification of the people with technical team, as and when required
  • Ensuring all the data in the systems are updated and correct
  • Planning of assessments in advance for at least 3 months (this includes the requests received from other countries and other areas)
  • Communication and confirmation of audits with clients and auditors. Confirming the details in the scheduling system. Updating the details of time spent by auditors for each project in team system.
  • Ensuring the reporting is done by the auditors on time for the completed projects
  • Preparing work order for all subcontractors.
  • Any other necessary administrative work related to activities / projects.
  • Any other work assigned as and when is required as per the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • Experience working in similar industry - operations and or technical area is preferred;
  • Work experience in managing customers / clients and working with teams in different cultures (i.e. Asian colleagues);
  • Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and systems (i.e. Oracle);
  • Candidate should have good communication skills (written and spoken in English).
