Job Description:
- Managing all the necessary coordination for the qualification of the people with technical team, as and when required
- Ensuring all the data in the systems are updated and correct
- Planning of assessments in advance for at least 3 months (this includes the requests received from other countries and other areas)
- Communication and confirmation of audits with clients and auditors. Confirming the details in the scheduling system. Updating the details of time spent by auditors for each project in team system.
- Ensuring the reporting is done by the auditors on time for the completed projects
- Preparing work order for all subcontractors.
- Any other necessary administrative work related to activities / projects.
- Any other work assigned as and when is required as per the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- Experience working in similar industry - operations and or technical area is preferred;
- Work experience in managing customers / clients and working with teams in different cultures (i.e. Asian colleagues);
- Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and systems (i.e. Oracle);
- Candidate should have good communication skills (written and spoken in English).
