Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Support – Provide technical support, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Continuous Improvement – Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and root cause analysis to drive efficiency and eliminate waste
  • Quality Assurance – Work closely with quality teams to establish and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations
  • Equipment & Tooling – Evaluate and implement advanced manufacturing equipment, tools, and automation technologies to enhance production capabilities
  • Project Management – Lead cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction, process improvements, and capacity expansion, ensuring timely execution
  • Safety & Compliance – Maintain adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Training & Documentation – Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials, while training personnel on best practices
What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings, design principles, and technical terminology

Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Creative, innovative, and a strong team player with leadership capabilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, MES systems, CAD, and SolidWorks
