- Process Optimization – Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality production
- New Product Introduction (NPI) – Collaborate with product development teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production, optimizing manufacturability and scalability
- Manufacturing Support – Provide technical support, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Continuous Improvement – Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and root cause analysis to drive efficiency and eliminate waste
- Quality Assurance – Work closely with quality teams to establish and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations
- Equipment & Tooling – Evaluate and implement advanced manufacturing equipment, tools, and automation technologies to enhance production capabilities
- Project Management – Lead cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction, process improvements, and capacity expansion, ensuring timely execution
- Safety & Compliance – Maintain adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Training & Documentation – Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials, while training personnel on best practices
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings, design principles, and technical terminology
Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Creative, innovative, and a strong team player with leadership capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, MES systems, CAD, and SolidWorks
