Digital Marketing Executive/Assistant
The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, propose, and assist in managing marketing campaigns, including live streaming, content creation, KOL/UGC marketing, social media ad management, and monthly e-commerce promotions.
- Oversee and manage the workflow of all digital marketing activities to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Schedule and track progress of ongoing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on key metrics, and providing actionable insights.
- Support customer engagement strategies across social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Assist in handling customer service inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards relevant to digital marketing and e-commerce practices.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing / e-commerce / digital marketing.
- Smart, solution-oriented thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Able to work in Alor Setar, Kedah.
