This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that IT strategies align with the organization’s broader business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Architecture Design- Design and lead the implementation of enterprise solutions architecture across multiple business applications.
- Ensure solutions align with business strategy, capabilities, and requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure architecture scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Analyze system requirements and define integration strategies for seamless, secure application connectivity.
- Support the implementation of cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure) and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to IT teams, ensuring projects align with enterprise architecture.
- Facilitate the adoption of best practices in software architecture, DevOps, and IT modernization.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop risk-mitigation strategies and ensure IT compliance, security, and governance.
- Create comprehensive documentation of all architectural designs and technical processes.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in IT architecture, software development, or enterprise technology transformation.
- Strong technical leadership and enterprise-level project experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in software architecture, programming, and IT management principles.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies & infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of various programming languages & frameworks (Java, .NET, Python).
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture & enabling technologies (e.g., Kafka, JMS-based message brokers).
- Certifications:
- Preferred: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SAFe for Architects, or equivalent.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within complex, global enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in coordinating release trains & IT governance within Agile/Waterfall frameworks.
- Background in insurance, financial services, or large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Start Date: Immediate or as mutually agreed.
- Duration: Initial 1-year contract with high likelihood of conversion to perm
