Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and Live Chat.
  • Provide excellent service and support to valued customers.
  • Maintain product, service, and policy knowledge to offer accurate information.
  • Stay updated on new offerings to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  • Update clients on order progress and shipment arrivals.
  • Monitor clearance and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare customer reports (if needed).
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service.
  • Assist in developing customer service policies.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and issues.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in any field (customer service background is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and must have fluent Mandarin speaking and writing skills.
