Job Responsibility
- Office Management:
- Maintain company stocks inventory and order new stocks as needed.
- Ensure the office space is organized and well-maintained.
- Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail (emails, physical mail, packages).
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications.
- Data Management:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Handle data entry and database management.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Customer and Client Support:
- Greet clients and visitors, offering assistance as needed.

- Ensure a positive and professional image of the company.
- Financial Assistance (if applicable):
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, or expense reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping.
- General Office Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, or faxing documents.
- Provide clerical support to staff members or management as needed.
- Project Assistance:
- Assist with various projects or initiatives, including gathering information, preparing reports, or tracking progress.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection:
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to data protection and privacy.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve minor administrative issues or challenges.
- Provide solutions to routine office problems as they arise.
- Overall, an admin assistant is a multi-functional role requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to help the organization run smoothly.
- Must possess own transport.
- Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT, Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team.
- Knowledge of POS Terminal is an added advantage.
- POS terminal training will be provided.
