Key Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS tools (e.g., Employment Hero, BrioHR).
  • Preferred
  • Experience in startups or SMEs with fast-paced environments.
  • Certification in HRDF Train-the-Trainer or related HR qualifications.
