KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver top-tier support to key clients, ensuring seamless operations and satisfaction.
- Strategically plan and analyze high-level software solutions, leveraging both functional and technical expertise.
- Facilitate regular status meetings to keep stakeholders engaged and aligned with project goals.
- Integrate technical and application components to effectively address business needs.
- Execute necessary actions for the successful deployment of applications.
- Provide expert recommendations for technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly to maintain system integrity.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead project initiation and planning, ensuring technical feasibility and smooth execution.
- Utilize project management tools to track and measure performance.
- Identify potential risks early and implement proactive solutions.
- Monitor project progress and escalate delays or challenges to the Superior.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates on progress, milestones, and adjustments.
- Plan, budget, schedule, and track project progress, ensuring successful delivery.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to keep everything on track.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.
- Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
