  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for the operations department.
  • Train and mentor new staff members.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for technical support.
  • Achieve at least Diploma in Broadcast Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in broadcast operations.
  • Having experience in team management.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in broadcasting.
  • Proficiency with broadcast automation systems.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong technical expertise in broadcasting equipment.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem-solving Skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of broadcast technology and systems.
  • Proficiency in coordinating multiple teams and projects.
  • Ability to manage and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Detailed knowledge of broadcasting regulations.
