- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the operations department.
- Train and mentor new staff members.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for technical support.
- Achieve at least Diploma in Broadcast Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in broadcast operations.
- Having experience in team management.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in broadcasting.
- Proficiency with broadcast automation systems.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong technical expertise in broadcasting equipment.
- Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem-solving Skills.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
- Strong understanding of broadcast technology and systems.
- Proficiency in coordinating multiple teams and projects.
- Ability to manage and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Detailed knowledge of broadcasting regulations.
