Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

· Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.

· Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll details.

· Assist in onboarding and training new employees.

· Manage employee benefits, leaves, and other HR-related matters.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

· Address employee queries and grievances professionally.

· Basic Accounting

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

• Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company communications.

• Support management in daily operations and scheduling.

• Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Prior experience in HR and administrative roles.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with HR software and payroll systems.

· Problem-solving and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
