Scope of Works:

  • Consolidate and analyze the monthly field performance report.
  • Continuously update the master plan on a monthly basis to ensure efficient resource planning for CTU, E-line, Slickline, and other well intervention activities.
  • Track and monitor additional activities, including LWWT, shutdowns, and blackout periods.
  • Prepare and present weekly production enhancement and data acquisition updates to the upper management.
  • Compile and maintain up-to-date records of production enhancement and data acquisition plans, comparing planned versus actual execution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in data consolidation and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in well intervention and production enhancement activities.
  • Knowledge of resource allocation and master planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
