They are a 'To Go Meal' food Manufacturer & Supplier specializing in Retort Technology Preservation food solutions. NFI is a certified company ensuring their food is clean, Halal, safe, with no added preservatives and a 24-month shelf life.
This is a full-time on-site HR and Admin Assistant role located in Seremban at Nozoly Food Industry Sdn. Bhd. The HR and Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing human resources support, executive administrative assistance, general administrative tasks, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and customer service support.
- Human Resources (HR), Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in HR administration and office management tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
