JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Join our team to drive brand awareness, boost website traffic, and generate leads by managing our social media strategy. You'll work closely with the Sales Team to engage our target audience and grow our online presence across platforms. Attention to detail and a deep understanding of our audience are key!
Responsibilities
Content Marketing:
- Develop and manage a content calendar for social media that aligns with marketing goals and audience, including competitor research to uncover opportunities.
- Understand and target audience demographics and psychographics.
- Research, ideate, and create content briefs that support marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, infographics, blog posts, etc.) to boost audience interaction.
- Post at least 3 times per week across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Use content to attract leads and drive sales team growth.
- Track engagement, adapt strategies to improve results, and optimize lead quality.
- Respond to reviews and feedback on social media within 2 working days to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and grow the email list.
- Craft compelling emails with engaging visuals and persuasive copy to improve open and click-through rates.
- Track and analyze email performance to refine future strategies.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
- Create and maintain monthly SOPs for all social media activities, including content creation, design, and video editing.
Monthly Reporting:
- Monitor and report on social media performance using key metrics:
- Sales revenue generated
- Social media follower growth
- Organic lead generation
- Engagement rate (likes, shares, view time)
- Highlight accomplishments, challenges, and improvements for future performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social and video content development for brands or influencers (portfolio required).
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills (portfolio required).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for crafting compelling content.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative social media strategies.
- Knowledge of the immigration industry, particularly in Singapore, is a plus.

- Increase brand awareness and online presence across social media platforms.
- Consistently generate high-quality leads.
- Regularly report on social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Achieve monthly KPIs with strong work performance.
