  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Subang Jaya.

Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative

Location: Menara Mesiniaga, Subang Jaya

Employment Type: Full Time, Contract (12 months)

Intake: Tentatively 7 April 2025

Basic salary : RM 2000 excluding KPI Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Handling Inbound calls, emails & live chat
  • Assist customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Min 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Able to speak Mandarin is advantageous

Salary packages

  • Basic salary: RM 2000
  • Incentive: Will be disclosed during the interview

Working Hours

  • Rotational shift
  • 5 days per week (2 days off)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
