Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative
Location: Menara Mesiniaga, Subang Jaya
Employment Type: Full Time, Contract (12 months)
Intake: Tentatively 7 April 2025
Basic salary : RM 2000 excluding KPI Incentives
Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound calls, emails & live chat
- Assist customer inquiries
Requirements
- Min 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to speak Mandarin is advantageous
Salary packages
- Basic salary: RM 2000
- Incentive: Will be disclosed during the interview
Working Hours
- Rotational shift
- 5 days per week (2 days off)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
