
Cambodian-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Khmer and English
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Assist in translating and localizing communication materials, if necessary
Qualifications:
Fluency in Khmer and English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and customer service software
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
