
Account Assistant Cum Admin
The Account Assistant cum Admin is responsible for providing administrative and account operation support in order to ensure organized business operations.
i. To manage day-to-day administrative works (data entry / prepare letters / answer calls / reply emails / and other office administrative works);
ii. To assist in account activities of the company (prepare summary transaction report and billing – invoices/payment voucher/etc.);
iii. To handle staff salary every month
iv. To handle company claims and petty cash;
v. Mainly daily Accounting record (Client's and Office Account);
vi. General HR and admin operation such as payroll, claims, maintain and monitor staff attendance, medical and leaves record;
vii. Handling Socso, EPF and other relevant payment (Office Bill);
viii. Responsible for general office procurement and administrative works;
and others task given from senior account
