Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive business transformation strategies that align with organization’s goal and objectives.
- Identify the business gap & business opportunities for improvement.
- Leading all elements of account management, including business identification, business development strategy, partner negotiation, day to day account management and execution of key initiative
- Plan and oversea the execution of projects, setting goal, allocating resources and managing timeline.
- Drive operational excellence by working with the cross functional teams (eg. Product team, Sales team, Online team, Innovation team and Supply chain management)
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores.
- Manage end to end process of opening new retail locations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing retail locations, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Partner Management
- Develop strong relationship with partners
- Conduct partner’s quarterly review to foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging partner’s feedback.
- Partner & Incentive management
- To ensure store achieve S/O & KPIs
- Review target (monthly review) Review KPI (monthly review) Incentive planning (quarterly review)
- P&L Management
- To ensure profitable Samsung Experience Store
- Timely upload P&L (ASAP)
- Samsung Experience Store Yearly contract review & renewal

Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
