
Indonesian-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in translating and localizing communication materials, if needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both verbal and written)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
