
Urdu-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Urdu and English
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain detailed and organized customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Assist in translating and localizing communication materials, if required
Qualifications:
Fluency in Urdu and English (both written and spoken)
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer applications and customer service software
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
