As our Human Resources Executive, you will:

  1. Perform and ensure all daily Human Resources operational activities including, but not limited to, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement and retention.
  2. Assisting in data entry and reaching out to applicants for pre-screening.
  3. Providing administration support within recruitment function, i.e. filing of candidate’s records and updating candidate’s personal data on a timely basis.
  4. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  5. To assist with employee engagement activities approved by the Management.
  6. To assist/handle any ad hoc task as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  2. Possess 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  3. Possess a high level of confidentiality, commitment and integrity.
  4. Possess good analytical and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
  6. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
  7. Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides.

Extra Credits:

  1. You are well versed in Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, Trade Union Act and Collective Agreement process.
