JOB SCOPES

1. Assist in updating and maintaining medical records, care plans, and personal details.

2. Help schedule medical checkups, therapy sessions, and family visits, ensuring everything runs smoothly without overlap.

3. Compile staff handover reports, incident logs, or supply checklists for seamless shift transitions.

4. Answering calls or emails from families, providing updates, and addressing inquiries with empathy.

5. Ensure guest logs are maintained for security and infection control, and guide visitors appropriately.

6. Relay messages between nursing staff, caregivers, and management to ensure everyone stays in the loop.

7. Support the Admin and nurse in organizing caregiver shifts, especially during emergencies or leaves.

8. Help plan and coordinate recreational activities, from light exercise sessions to festive celebration

9. Monitor stock levels for medical supplies, cleaning products, and resident essentials (e.g., diapers, toiletries).

10. Report maintenance issues in branch.

11. Occasionally assist caregivers in non-clinical ways and engaging residents in conversations or recreational activities.

12. Gather feedback from residents and families about services and care quality to help the team improve.

13. Shadow the nursing and admin teams to understand how healthcare operations run behind the scenes.

14. Learn how to respond calmly and assist during emergencies like falls, sudden illness, or fire evacuations.

REQUIREMENT

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
