This is NOT a coffee-fetching internship – you’ll be in the action, working alongside industry experts, handling real responsibilities, and making a difference.

About the Role

As an Event Management Intern, you’ll be directly involved in the behind-the-scenes planning and execution of our business training events and conferences. You will:

  • Assist in Event Planning – Support in coordinating venues, vendors, logistics, and event timelines.
  • On-Site Event Support – Help with registrations, setup, and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
  • Speaker & Guest Coordination – Work with our team to ensure VIPs and speakers have everything they need.
  • Event Marketing & Promotions – Support in content creation, outreach, and promotional campaigns.
  • Post-Event Analysis – Gather feedback, compile reports, and suggest improvements for future events.

About You

  • Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in event management, hospitality, multimedia or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Comfortable with spreadsheets, event tools, and basic design platforms (Canva is a plus!).
  • Energetic & Proactive: You take initiative and solve problems before they arise.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Time Management: Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: You enjoy the adrenaline of live events and can handle pressure.
  • Team Player: You are able to collaborate with others to achieve the best outcome for each event.
  • Good Communication Skills: You can coordinate with vendors, partners, and team members confidently.
