Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and innovative lectures to students.
Incorporate technology-enhanced learning and interactive teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.
Develop creative teaching materials, projects, and case studies that connect academic learning to real-world applications.
Contribute to curriculum development, planning, and review.
Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and pastoral care to students.
Participate in industry collaborations and marketing activities.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

1. Mandatory: Master’s Degree in the relevant field.

2. 3 – 5 years of industry or teaching experience.

3. Familiarity with the MQA framework (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) is an added advantage.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional attitude, the ability to work collaboratively, and a strong commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
