Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Be available on-site as needed.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve issues with filtering machines.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure products/machines are in good condition and reliable.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, technical training, or higher certifications.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
