Role Description & Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Handle incoming support calls, requests and emails to do with internal application, user license & account.
- Assess and dispatch issues according to predefined processes or solutions while acting as accountability partner on red alert situations.
- Assist senior engineers to provide technical solutions and advices to customers, partners and colleagues around the globe (includes monitoring & notifying on DELMIA Hosted services systems related error; assisting with pre-Go Live requirements for new customers).
- Analyze and assist senior engineers to resolve dynamic technical problems from various individually customized 3DS applications Collaborate and engage with various resources worldwide to discover technical solutions
- Contribute to the 3DS technical knowledge base with new findings & audit customer pages for ease of reference.
- Completed/currently pursuing Tertiary qualification such as degree or professional Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT certifications.
- Good understanding of OOP & strong coding skillset.
- Highly self-motivated team player with strong command of both verbal and written skills in English, comfortable working with people at every level of the company.
- Possess strong logical and analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
