
Account Executive
1. Prepare month accounting report including Income Statement & Statement of Financial Position.
2. Prepare accounting schedules and reconciliation on monthly accounts.
3. In charge of invoicing, issue credit notes and debit note.
4. Account payable – supplier invoice verification, updating. Payment preparation for due invoices.
5. Banking – ensure assigned Company is good positive cash position in all times.
6. Account receivable – update invoices to customers, customer payment/CN/DN off-sets.
7. Credit control – issue SOA, Aging Report and follow-up with customers until payment collected.
8. Intercompany cross charging and balance reconciliation.
9. Other accounting & expenses analysis as required from time to time.
10. Provide guidance and support to develop junior accounting staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
