Position: Infant and Baby Care Teacher/ Assistant Care Teacher
Location: THE NIDO ELCC, USJ13
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Infant and Baby Care Teacher to join our Early Learning and Childcare Centre team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a love for working with young children, specifically babies ranging from 2 months to 2 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, health, and well-being.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities, including sensory, motor, cognitive, and emotional development.
- Support and encourage babies in their early stages of growth and learning.
- Maintain a consistent and nurturing environment that promotes learning and bonding.
- Follow daily routines such as feeding, nap times, diaper changes, and other care routines.
- Record and monitor each child’s development and well-being, reporting any concerns to the centre's management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the children.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in infant and toddler care is preferred.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education/ PERMATA, NURSING (or equivalent) is an asset.
- A nurturing and patient attitude, with a genuine passion for working with babies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
- Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and punctuality in attendance to work.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
