JOB SCOPE:
- Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Minimum SPM (Must pass BM & SEJ)
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center - Full Training Provided
WORKING HOURS:
- Rotational shift 24/7
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
