  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling shipment documentation, liaising with customers, and ensuring smooth import and export operations.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Management or any related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Mandarin speaker is preferable for effective communication.
  • Knowledge of shipping documents and customs clearance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Confirmation of Bill of Lading (BL) from the shipper.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm shipments and provide Form E details.
  • Prepare draft CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List) on behalf of the consignee.
  • Draft customs declarations for import and export.
  • Arrange Electronic Delivery Order (EDO) releases with carriers and liners.
