RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep the flow of information running smoothly by ensuring that all project emails, documents, and communications are proofread and sent to the right people on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least post graduate diploma, Diploma in Civil or construction management or equivalent.
  • Required skill: Knowledge of ISO 9001, MS Office, MS Excel, others equivalent skill.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Compute, record and proof read data and other information such as record and report.
  • Maintain and update filling, inventory and mailing system, either manually or using a computer.
  • Complete work schedule, manage calendars and arrange appointment.
  • Open, sort and route incoming emails, answer correspondences and prepare outgoing mails.
  • Review file, record and other information to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meeting and record and transcribe minutes.
  • Routine check on the work quality and preparation of monthly progress reports.
  • Report or certificates and other documents; tracks the pending documents through monthly progress reports.
  • ensure that warranty and guarantee letter or certificate is provided for products as per contract document.
  • Ensure project deliverable meets quality construction standard.
  • coordinate with internal and external quality audits and follow up for the closing audit report.
  • perform ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Management from time to time.
  • Coordinated all related document control procedure, Technical document (Material Submission, Testing Report, Construction Drawing, Technical Query, Site Design Amendment, NCR and etc).
  • Communicate and liaise with projects team, suppliers for documentation work flow, Handover and close out of project activity to ensure the consistency of document control requirement.

Pay: RM1,311.00 - RM3,861.00 per month
