Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in attending to overseas agents and China customers inquiries.
  • Be responsible in dealing and managing new & existing clients’ orders with particular attention to customers’ requirements and changing business environment.
  • Be able to upsell products and services whenever opportunity arises. Be responsible to prepare quotations upon request.
  • To provide the analyst and report on China marketing activities and strategies. To research and propose new products based on customer inquiries.
  • Monitor prices and gross margins with particular attention to currency exchange rates and negotiate price changes with customers as needed.
  • Work closely with Operation team to ensure smooth delivery and high standard of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Logistic/CILT/Mass Communication/Business Admin or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in Customers Service role.
  • High proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken is preferred.
  • Experience with international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. Passionate, innovative and energetic.
  • Willing to work in Port Klang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
