  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at IBR Concepts Sdn Bhd! If you have 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying and are eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts.
  • Evaluate and manage project costs to ensure budget control.
  • Conduct site visits and measurements.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Handle claims, variations, and progress payments.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in construction or related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
