We are looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join our team for event setup and teardown. If you're experienced, hardworking, and can manage event setups and logistics, we would love to have you on board!
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down event structures, including carpets, backdrop walls, and props.
- Handle event logistics, including coordinating transportation of materials and supplies.
- Assist with loading and unloading event equipment and supplies.
- Assist with setting up props, flowers, fabrics, lighting, and other decor elements.
- Ensure all event components are set up correctly and safely.
- Work with the team to meet event deadlines and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain and care for equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials and event supplies as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience setting up carpets, backdrop walls, and event structures. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to handle event logistics, including transportation and material coordination.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and work long hours during event setup and teardown.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a high standard of event execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
