
Thai-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Thai and English
Provide accurate and clear information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
Maintain detailed and organized customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Assist in translating and localizing communication materials when needed
Qualifications:
Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Competent with computers and customer service software
Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
