
Customer Service Executive | E-Hailing Project | April Intake
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
-Able to work on rotational shifts.
-Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
-Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
-Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
