  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner via the in-house ticketing system.
  • Update daily trackers and provide information on operational functions in company to respective stakeholders.
  • Work across multiple teams to push for process and system improvements.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head/reporting line.

Requirements

  • Advantageous to have experience working in a call center environment (preferably in the e-commerce sector or logistics industry).
  • Moderate to strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work on a shift or rotation basis.
  • At least SPM or 1 year of relevant working experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
