- Handle inbound/outbound inquiries and feedback highlighted by users.
- Resolve problems and escalations highlighted via phone calls, emails, and live chats.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner via the in-house ticketing system.
- Update daily trackers and provide information on operational functions in company to respective stakeholders.
- Work across multiple teams to push for process and system improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head/reporting line.
Requirements
- Advantageous to have experience working in a call center environment (preferably in the e-commerce sector or logistics industry).
- Moderate to strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work on a shift or rotation basis.
- At least SPM or 1 year of relevant working experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
