Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Prepare reports, documents, and forms as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling delivery planning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide customer service and assist clients or visitors.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Issuing Customer Invoice and Delivery Order.
  • Perform general office housekeeping duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in computerized systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Early shift
  • Monday to Friday
