Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Prepare reports, documents, and forms as needed.
- Assist in scheduling delivery planning.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide customer service and assist clients or visitors.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks.
- Issuing Customer Invoice and Delivery Order.
- Perform general office housekeeping duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computerized systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
