Responsibility

  • Manage the administrative arrangements for each department, including setting up meeting and responsible to arrange.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars as well as arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Coordinate the flow of informative both internally and externally, tracking deadlines and follow up with respective parties.
  • Responsible to create and maintain proper filing system & documentation.
  • Able to complete task assign by head of department within a tight time frame.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Human Resources/ Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh grad are welcomed to apply.
  • This is a 12 months contract.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
