Responsibility
- Manage the administrative arrangements for each department, including setting up meeting and responsible to arrange.
- Maintain schedules and calendars as well as arrange and confirm appointments.
- Coordinate the flow of informative both internally and externally, tracking deadlines and follow up with respective parties.
- Responsible to create and maintain proper filing system & documentation.
- Able to complete task assign by head of department within a tight time frame.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Human Resources/ Management or equivalent.
- Fresh grad are welcomed to apply.
- This is a 12 months contract.
