The Role: Advisor, Customer Service Shared Services
Advisor, Customer Service Shared Services works with the regional Customer Service teams and the Directors of Customer Service Operations to help keep the business running smoothly by performing administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties.
In this role you will:
Demonstrates willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization. You will assist the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with their customer account relationships by (e.g.):
- Preparing and sending conformance/analysis certificates to customers.
- Issuing daily consignment stock billing
- Utilizing SAP & Power BI to export data as needed to build custom reports & update customer portals.
- Preparing customer mandated spreadsheets and delivery reports.
- Preparing and sending customer mandated documents to customers.
- Performing triage of web leads and assign to right assignees
- Performing any tasks that will allow Customer Service Representatives to focus on their primary responsibilities & customer facing activities, e.g. downloading customer purchase orders from customer portals & pushing them to Entegris Sales Order Automation tool.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Management/Business/related).
- Minimum one (1) year experience using SAP.
- Ease of use of business digital applications.
- Ability to run reports and export data in excel.
- Previous international experience and cultural awareness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in English (written and oral).
- Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate task completions timely and effectively.
- Detailed-oriented.
- Helping people and repetition attract to you.
- You have a great aptitude for adherence to procedures, are an enthusiastic team player, and have excellent writing and vocal skills.
