  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in interior fit-out, carpentry, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and steel works. The right candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage interior fit-out projects from beginning to end.
  • Oversee carpentry, MEP, and steel work activities on-site.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
  • Track project progress, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget are met.
  • Identify risks and find solutions to avoid delays.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage expectations.
  • Manage material procurement and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Control project expenses and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure safety regulations are followed on-site.
  • Lead and support project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, especially in interior fit-out, carpentry, MEP, and steel works.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient with project management software and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of CAD and/or SketchUp is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Mix of office and on-site work.
  • Willingness to travel to Singapore and other countries for projects, with potential relocation for 3+ month assignments.
