Admin (Quotation)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, client statements, variation orders, proforma invoices, and confirmation orders using Google Sheets.
2. Ensure accuracy in pricing and calculations for all quotations and invoices.
3. Maintain proper records and filing systems for all financial and client documents.
4. Open and prepare the office each morning to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
1. At least a Diploma in Management or a related field.
2. Proficient in Google Sheets and other office productivity tools.
3. Experience in preparing quotations and invoices is a must.
4. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Have own transportation is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
