As the Maintenance Supervisor for Mana-Mana Suites, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations within the property/ properties to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building, hotel rooms and grounds at various facilities/sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks

2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including technicians, and other maintenance personnel

3. Do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations (such as fire alarm, lift, Bomba, etc)

4. Conduct corrective service and repair / restoration works where and when necessary

5. Coordinate, schedule and oversee routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs for all property facilities, including guest rooms, landscaping, and etc

6. Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, work orders, and maintenance expenses for parts and supplies, tools and equipment

7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshoot problems, and take appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues

8. Operate and perform periodical checks on the maintenance equipment, water pressure and etc

9. Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Possess strong sense of urgency, reliability and responsibility
  • Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Have to be trustworthy, efficient and professional at all times
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • On-hand skills or exposure in plumbing, air-cond servicing, trouble shooting, wiring & electrical, basic carpentry is an added advantage
  • Applicants must have own transport and valid driving license.
  • Willingness to be based at Millerz Square, Old Klang Road and travel within Klang Valley to few sites and properties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
