- Working days: Monday to Sunday (5 days on rotational shift basis)
Operating hours: Working Hour: 9am to 6pm or 9.30am to 6.30pm ( 9 hours per shift including 1 hour break)
- 5 days per week on rotational shift basis from Mon - Sun including weekend & public holiday)
- Convenient working location (Walk from Ampang Park LRT station).
Responsibilities:
- Handle pre and post reservation inquiries/requests by phone and e-mail.
- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
- Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests.
- Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/ UEC / O level.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin. Must speak Cantonese.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly.
- Able to work on rotational shift.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
