- Provide solutions to customers’ general inquiries, complaints, reviews, feedback through calls and emails.
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM
- Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin and English(written and spoken)
