Job Description
Tribe now seeks Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance for customers of our major mobile phone client. In this role, you will bring your positive energy, enthusiasm and expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers, on site at our Tribe center. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you each and every day.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written Thai communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency
The ability to navigate in several computer platforms simultaneously
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service and/or call center
High school diploma or equivalent
